FTTP Trial Sign up Status


I have signed up for fttp trial but was wondering if you can check to see the status of the order

ticket is #165846474

really want to get on this trial as my broadband is only 2mb at the best of times and it struggles to even watch a basic video.

If you log in to your PlusNet account and then look at "View my Questions" under the Support heading you'll see the status of your request.


There is no "order" as such until a FTTP trained member of staff picks up the ticket and places the order at which time you'll be notified.


Because it's a "trial" there are few staff trained on FTTP so it can take a few days.
