FTTP Trial Order 3-137865540216 - No response since the 30/3

Hi,

 

I've had no response to my questions raised on the 30th March regarding our order. We have had the ONT installed, and we are able to connect.

 

However as part of this move, our product was to be changed to the 80/20 product but I don't believe this has happened, as we are not seeing any increase from around 38 mbps down currently.

 

Our phone line was also to be dropped too.Can I please get an update?

Fix

Are you ok to check your speeds now? I've done the bits needed to your account.

 

I've placed a cease on the phone line for May 6th. That's when your line rental saver expires.

Hi Matty,

 

Thanks for doing that. I can confirm that we are now getting increased speeds of 73-75 down and 15-19mbps up.

 

Many thanks for your help. I did get an update on my ticket, but it's obviously from someone who does not realise we are on FTTH.
