Considering 80Mbps down is about 4 times what you could expect from even the best ADSL2+ connection, and 20Mbps up is 15 - 20 times the best ADSL2+ can manage ...

... it seems perhaps you were on VDSL2 previously and confused ADSL2+ with VDSL2 (FTTC) as 70/20 is not possible on any flavour of ADSL.  Smiley
