Hi,

Is there any news on when this will be picked up,  I did it about 2 weeks ago?

Hi,

 

so far i have had BT come and do the outside connection, i have had an unconfirmed date, and no router has turned up.

 

I have updated my ticket to reflect this as well.

Is it happening on the date i have been given, and when can i expect my router?

HI, I have posted this on the support site as well

 

Bt Have been.

The plusnet router did not arrive yet, but the nice man from BT left me a HomeHub5. which is now configured, and connected and working.

Speeds are showiing 7mb down, and 20mb up. so something is not right, although the BT man did say that Plusnet would probably need to do something to finish it off.

I dont seem to have a fibre phone service according to the BT man, am i supposed to?

Glad to hear it's been installed. In regards to the speeds, we'll need to manually update the package and speed profile that is currently limiting your download speed (I'm arranging for this to be done right now) so that should be sorted for you shortly (Although you may have to disconnect/reconnect the router for the new speeds to take effect on your side of things)

 

Unfortunately we don't offer phone over fibre, so that wouldn't be provided from us. Your phone service will continue as normal over the copper line.

Thanks for the quick reply, and action,  now clocking 73mb down and 20 up.
