FTTP Speeds

Hi,

Please can someone at PlusNet check my speed profile. My Internet has been slowing down over the past few weeks. I have rebooted the router (plusnet issue) but no different.

Running slow on both Wired and Wi-Fi.

What does it say here - Current line speed ?

Hi Jim. Sorry to hear you're having speed problems.

Everything seems to check out this side. Then again there aren't many diagnostics we can do for FTTP circuits.

Can you run a BT speedtest at http://www.speedtest.btwholesale.com using a wired connection, completing the further diagnostics at the end? This will store the result on the supplier system and will help us in reporting a fault to our suppliers.
