And this is a line that 330 Mb is available on!

You just need PN to put you on the right profile setting their end.
As for a different exchange/number in the PN Control Centre, this is normal. I believe once on the correct profile it will just display the line speed.

Logged my speed problem with PN yesterday morning. Today BT wholesale speed test shows a massive 0.28Mbps download speed and speedtest.net will not even load.

Raise a ticket and PM Dave the ticket number (community.plus.net/forum/index.php?action=profile;u=11). He should be able to sort you out quickly.

Well it's looking better today. Somebody has changed something! First time I have been above 40Mbps since FTTP was installed three weeks ago.
