Hi.
I have been a plusnet customer for a few years now, on FTTP. When I log on to my plusnet account page, I get message asking me to re-contract at lower price. (I am out of contract) When I follow this link I am told the deal is not available to me and to call to get a better price. Can anyone advise the re-contract options/prices?

Hopefully a staffie will come along and confirm this but PlusNet took a policy decision not to re-contract members who are on the FTTP Trial.

However if you give up your phone line and use VOIP you will still come out the winner.
