FTTP Install timescale - #135605445

Hey, I submitted my ticket on 09th October and on 12th October was told I would be given install dates in a few days. It was held till the 14th the off hold and I have had no update since?Huh

I have received my router but can you give me an update for when installation begins?

Cheers

Lee

Re: FTTP Install timescale - #135605445

Hi there,

It seems that your order has been cancelled by our suppliers. I'm not certain, but I believe that this may be down to the way that the order was placed. Typically we should be offering an appointment straight away (subject to the external work).

I've replaced the order for you, and it's booked in for the 14th. However, I'll check back tomorrow so we have a confirmed date that the external work will be done too.

Apologies that the ticket wasn't picked up, FTTP is admittedly lowly prioritised compared to other provisions (not that that makes it acceptable).

Thank you for your assistance although I feel it is very poor that it was originally cancelled.

Let's hope all goes smoothly this time

Cheers
Thanks again
