FTTC post installation profile..

Hi, after a long time on slow speeds it's getting difficult to remain patient as I pass through 46 hours since FTTC went live (ticket 41123351) and still stuck on 2.5M IP Profile.
It would be helpful to see written down in a guide as to exactly what is happening during this period, especially having seen the BT tester showing sync speed of 35.9M.
I can't even see anywhere confirmation in my screens that BT have told PN that it's completed..
A bit like 'delayed' showing on an airport screen.
Fingers crossed for the 48 hr window to be met!
Regards,
Pete

Re: FTTC post installation profile..

48 hours went swiftly by - unlike any profile change  Sad
Rang for help and got through to a helpful Jonathan Foster who nudged it in the right direction for the system to be updated and I am awaiting a tiny bit longer (I hope!)
Cheers

Re: FTTC post installation profile..

Smiley  Wow, a very big thankyou to Jonathan Foster and Stephen Wilkinson for leaning on the profile.
Nearly blew my router off the wall Smiley  Looks like mybroadbandspeed.co.uk will need a new scale on the left hand dial for FTTC Smiley
Regards,
A happy PN customer...
