My next door neighbours have recently had their phone lines disconnected and I had a quick talk with the Openreach guy about our speeds. Currently, I get around 8-15mb, but he said he sees no reason that I should be getting any lower than 20mb, as around the corner they get the maximum 40mb. I was just wondering whether my Ip Profile could be updated? When we had a first speedtest, it started at 39.99mb then went down to 21mb, but don't normally get that too. Upload is fine, but the download is no where near what the engineer said it would be when we originally got it installed.
