FTTC - Plusnet Profiling

Has there been any change to how Plusnet are profiling FTTC lines recently?
Reason I ask is that my "High Speed Broadband" profile is now showing 19000 instead of 20000 which is what it was when I started on the trial
This means I am now  not able to max out the line like previously  Cry (BT Speedtest attached for reference).
Any help much appreciated.

Looks like your sync speed has decreased, I'll change it back to 20000kbps and see if that makes any difference but the line has sync'd at a lower rate hence the change in profile on our side.

Re: FTTC - Plusnet Profiling

Thanks Dave.
Definitey an improvement over the 19000 profile, new speedtest attached.
Does this mean that profiling is now working automatically on the Plusnet side?

Re: FTTC - Plusnet Profiling

Excellent, it's not completely automatic yet because the profiles are dynamically calculated on the BT side based on the sync rate every time you resync. We still need to work on having our side match the BT side for speeds above 20Mbps (hence the profile shows as 20000kbps on our side yet it's actually 40000kbps for FTTC and 100000kbps for FTTP.
