FTTC Installed Yesterday Can I get my Profile changed?

Hi
Had FTTC installed yesterday and was motoring on 37Mb D/L and 8Mb U/P sooooo good as I had at a push 1.5Mb previously!!
Anyway, any chance of getting my profile updated from 1.5Mb (says on my profile) to the 38Mb etc,
The ticket number is:41457635

Sorry for the delayed response on our part.
As per this thread: http://community.plus.net/forum/index.php/topic,95067.0.html we're updating profiles generally about 24 hours after the order completes.
