FTTC - HELP me PN I'm trying to change plan before your April deadline.

Dear PlusNet, re my ticket #39105460 (earfca),  back in early February, I asked to change to your Option 2 Business Plan, to take advantage of your very generous pre April offer, of an upgrade to another non fibre plan without any penalties, etc. or having to swap to a fibre plan.
But here we are over a month later and with only a couple of weeks to go and the ticket is still just bouncing around getting no where  Sad
I would like some assurance that is you are unable to resolve this apparent quite simple request before the end of the month that I will still be allowed to change to the Option 2 Business Plan and not be forced onto a more expensive fibre plan.
As a non profit making association every penny counts.
Regards, Dave Baker, IT Officer, Reserve Forces & Cadets Association.

Hi,
I have asked somebody to look into this for you.
For the record, the account will not need to be changed prior to the cut-off, only that a change is initiated before this time.

Hi Phil,
I think that is a relief, assuming that the change has already been initiated ?
Or is it still at the request stage Huh

Yep, your change has been initiated, though there have been some complications which means it will take a little longer than expected to be resolve.
Overall, no matter one it will be completed, irrespective of any cut-off.
