FTTC Faults Outstanding for 1 month - 36245505

Guys
Can you please give the above ticket a firm and hardy nudge. I have had two BT engineer visits neither of which identified any issues but last week BT claimed the problem was on the Plusnet side. I haven't heard anything since.
I appreciate this is a trial and things take time to resolve but it's been a month now.
C'mon Plusnet.

Hi,
BT are still working on the speed issues around the country, most the areas are now done but some aren't. What speeds are you seeing now in the evening? If it's still the same I can go back and check if your area has been done yet or not.

I was getting 3meg download last night.
However, I have had two BT engineer visits both of which found no fault and subsequently BT advisd that I am on a hot VP and that Plusnet should be transferring my virtual path.

Wish we could, I've asked BT to check if your area is still affected.

Just had confirmation from BT that your area is still affected and the resolution date is looking like end of November/beginning of December due to engineer resource.
