Existing FTTP customers with See The Light - Can Plusnet provide a service?

Hi,
we are on a new housing estate where everyone of the 800 houses have 2 fibre cores into the house. Currently the only provider is See The Light, would Plusnet be interested in offering a competing service? Post code GU52 8LL

I suggest checking further - you apparently can't offer it https://www.seethelight.co.uk/help/getting-started.php

My property is on a fibre network installed by Independent Fibre Networks Ltd (IFNL). Why is seethelight the only service provider available for my property. Can I use a different service provider?
IFNL's network is open access and there are currently two service providers who are in a position to offer telephone and broadband services. These providers are seethelight and Direct Save Telecom.

Unfortunately seethelight only operate on fibre networks installed by IFNL.
