Existing ADSL Max Customer - FTTP At New Address

Hi there,
I am a existing Plus net Business customer, I currently have an ADSL Max Premium connection.
I may well be moving house within the next couple of weeks. I have looked on the Openreach web site and it appears as though FTTP is available at my (potential) new address.
What would be involved with moving my Business account over to the new address and also having it converted to a FTTP Business account?

Regards,
James Grove

Hi James,
I'm not sure on the process with Business customers, but I'll flag this thread to a colleague.

Re: Existing ADSL Max Customer - FTTP At New Address

If it helps at all Jim, I'm a business customer now of PlusNet FTTP (formally ADSL). It was a little complicated and had to mainly be arranged over the phone as there was nothing online to cover the change but PlusNet came through for me:) Prices offered were the business equivalent of the business FTTC product rather than the domestic prices quoted on the trial site.
I've been with Plus now since 2000 so I think that shows how well they look after their customers Smiley
