Engineer visit FTTP trial

 I was messaged with a provisional engineer appointment of today between 9 and 1 which I confirmed as convenient, however having read other posts on the forum I am now wondering if "provisional" means they may not be coming this morning. How can I confirm if there is an engineer en route to me today? Thanks

Have you tried logging in to your PlusNet Members page and seeing if there's an open "ticket" on your account.
