Current wait time?

What's the current wait time in between raising a ticket to go on the trial and being notified of its acceptance? ( my ticket #39541863)

I raised mine on the 1st and I'm still waiting for a reply (Question #39434960)
So I'm guessing over a week at the moment, I'll let you know when I get a response

I understand that they deal with the tickets when other problems have been solved. Seems that 1-2 weeks is about the norm.

Got a response yesterday, having fttc fitted 2nd march
