Could somone please check my profile?

Hello,

I had FTTP installed a couple of days ago, and @Gandalf kindly set me up on the Unlimited Fibre Extra product.

However, my connection looks more like it's a 40/20 rather than 80/20 profile. Uploads are reaching the high teens, but downloads at stuck at mid 30's. I've checked this directly into the Plusnet hub.

Although this is still a massive improvement on my previous ADSL, I'd like to make sure everything is set up OK.

If someone could check this for me I'd be very grateful.

Wired connection. Laptop straight in to the Plusnet hub.

Hello Rhys.

Everything looks OK from this side, the order I placed to upgrade your service completed at about 1am on the 2nd.

Can you try powering off the ONT and router for about 10 seconds and then retest your speed?

Wahey! Rebooted the ONT, and now getting full steam ahead (75.83 down, 16.77 up)

Why didn't I think of that, eh?    😉
