Could I trial FTTC?

According to this link, my exchange ('WHITEABBEY') is FTTC-capable, and I've also seen signs around the area saying that the exchange is ready for BT Infinity (I'm guessing it's the same thing at the exchange?)
The only thing is that BTW's ADSL checker doesn't mention anything about FTTC on the exchange - though everywhere else says it is.
Would it be possible to be put on the FTTC trial?

Hi,
I've done a bit of digging, it looks like your exchange is enabled for FTTC and so far 22 of the cabs on that exchange have been enabled but I don't think your line is on one of them. I'll see if I can find out any more but your postcode isn't showing in my availability data so I'm not 100% which cab you're on but will try and find out.
