Hi, a couple of months ago I enquired about switching to the Unlimited package from the 250GB limited package. I have updated the thread several times since then but it does not seem to have been picked up so I am now trying via a new thread.
So if anyone from PlusNet support team is reading this post can you please change my package from the current 250GB package I am on to the unlimited 80/20 package. I appreciate that as I am also on the 300/30 trial speed this will mean a reduction in speed (as apparently I cant have both fast and unlimited). However, I don't believe it will affect the pricing as I believe the cost is exactly the same or within a few pence.
If you are not from PlusNet and therefore cant help with the change can I kindly ask that you do not post as I would like to leave the post unanswered as hopefully that will attract more attention.
