Cease phone line for attention of "Melrocks"

Hi, could you arrange for my phone line to be ceased, I understand this will mean a £2.50 price increase to my fibre broadband which I am quite happy with, could you confirm by email / call when this will happen?  Thank you and Kind Regards Mr T Attfield.

if you cease your line, it will cease your broadband. are you transferring it to another supplier?

He is on FTTP so presumably doesn't need one

I won't call in as customer services are not necessarily FTTP aware and they may cause issues.
I had MattyC take care of my phone line cease (I'm a FTTP customer too). Give it a week or so for Plusnet staff to pick up here.
Ex - Plusnet Customer (2009 - 2023) now with BT
