Cap for Trial users

I was a happy trial user with FTTP/100mbit where real speed was 96-98mpbs down 15up till this morning. After 166 days router has been reconnected. Reconnecting with new cap 2m/15m. After Rice the ticket connection was spped up to 80/15 (Real speed is only 75/15). I have question to other FTTP Trial users : This was happen only to me or I was lucky to keep 100/15 for that such long time ? Also I see huge different at PING respond, from 1ms sec to 4-6ms.

Re: Cap for Trial users

As far as I'm aware, the speed shouldn't have changed, although I can see it has.
Unfortunately the account isn't giving me the option to put the connection profile back to 100Mbps despite the provisioned product showing as 100/15.
I've sent an email to a colleague to see if they're able to fix this.

Re: Cap for Trial users

That should be sorted now Wink You may need to disconnect/reconnect to get the increased speeds.
