Cancellation policy

I've just bought a new home which has fttp, I'm assuming nothing has changed and I can't take my plusnet fttp account with me.
How much notice do I need to provide and do I just put a message on here closer to the time?

Re: Cancellation policy

Fix

@leehowarth

Although it's never been 100% clear PlusNet policy appears to have been to transfer Trial users onto a 30 day contract at the end of their contract after the DTTP install date. If this is the case with  you then 30 days is your notice period.

Re: Cancellation policy

Cheers, i'll go with the 30 days.

Ive been looking at BT and for some reason its about £5/month cheaper at the new address than if I ordered it at my current address. Its only a couple of miles down the road and I believe on the same exchange.

Re: Cancellation policy

@leehowarth

I wouldn't - just in case you're still in contract. If so, you'd get cancellation charges. I just checked my account - all it says on the Front page under My Contract is "Unlimited Fibre (no phone)"

Unless @Gandalf is about you'll need to phone them.
