Bradwell Abbey Fault

Anybody else had any problems with there FTTP service on the  Bradwell Abbey exchange?
Been with out internet for over a week now

What lights are on/off on your ONT? Have you tried rebooting it?

Yes, support has send there is a fault on the connection.
Tried different modems and the different ports, as my Port 1 is 100mb & Port 2 is 330mb.
Having to use ADSL at 1mb but is so slow and keeps disconnecting

Where about's in MK are you?
I haven't seen any reported widespread outages.

Apologies for the fault. From what I can see, it looks like it is exclusively to your line. We haven't had any other reports from Bradwell Abbey that I can think of.
