Ok a couple of things.
Which routers ?
What tv? And is it on the latest firmware?
And could you draw a diagram of the house (roughly) and where in the house the probs are happening ..
Also what dns settings are you using ?
Also are you using PN's family filter thing (forgotten the actual name of what its called).. ?

Thanks for your response krusty, much appreciated and apologies for the slow response, will not bore you with the personal issues this end!
I have now addressed the wifi issues by investing in the BT Whole Home wifi pack, much improved now and yes all the relevant firmware is up to date as is the TV, problems still exist there but having to get used to it.
Will continue to experiment to attempt to solve it, thanks again for your input.
