BT no show

BT were supposed to be coming today to sort out my FFTC install. They were due 08:00 - 13:00, and haven't come or phoned.
Also, I'm still waiting for my router to turn up, what courier does this come by?
I'm suprised that PlusNet have launched this as a full product, when there's obviously a lot of teething problems still evident.

Hi fa55,
I've just spoken to your wife (I presume) and she confirmed there's still not been a visit. I've flagged this up to one of our provisioning team who deal with fibre installs and they are looking inot this now.

Someone has replied tot he ticket and said that BT still thought they were on for 27th, so hopefully my wife will be in and all will be sorted.
