Hi,
I have just received a few emails from plusnet thanking me for cancelling my account.... Which I have never done. It seems someone got confused between a cancellation of the phone line 2 months ago, when I switched to the FTTP Trial and decided to cancel everything now (why oh why?).
I have tried to talk to an agent on chat, but he didn't seem very clued up. He told me to call and ask for re-activation. However, I wanted to check first with @Gandalf if he can intervene and fix this before it's too late...
