ADSL profile applied in error?

My profile may have inadvertently been set back so ADSL - upload is the full 20Mb/s but download is only 2Mb/s. This probably happened during a conversation with COTS on the possibility of supplying PNTV over FTTP. I think the CS rep was confused because the ADSL asset is still live, and some tinkering with the account probably occurred as a result.

Could some kind soul please reset me to 80/20. The ADSL asset can probably be switched off as well. Might be worth liaising with @MatthewWheeler to let him know when done, as he is investigating the PNTV issue for me.

Hi Brian.

 

I've taken a look at things and the profiles our side are all set correctly, I'd suggest getting this looked into as a potential fault as the FTTP profile our side is showing up to 100Mb download 

 

edit: turns out Matthew beat me to it and updated the profile as I loaded the account Smiley
