80/20 Poor Download Speed

Hi, been on the 80/20 trial for 4 days now.  Download speeds is only 20mbps, even at 3:00am!

Checked my profile and it says 20Mb.  However, thought I've read that this is normal for the trial and not a true reflection of actual.
Advises please

If you mean Plusnet's profile, then yes, 20Mb actually means unlimited.
However, if you mean BT's IP Profile, then it suggests some sort of other issue.

It's plusnet profile, so that's fine.  Doesn't explain poor speed.  It's on the way up though, 33 today

Looks like it's upped again and is showing over 66Mb on BTs side, it's still set to the unlimited 20000 profile on our side so you should be getting all of that. Please let us know if that's not the case?
