Re: 330 Mbit trial

Hi there,
You're already on the FTTP trial, unfortunately we don't offer 330mb any more so you won't get that. However it will be a 100mb/30mb connection.
Sorry for any lack of clarity on the answer from my colleague on ticket 79574914 I've given him some feedback about that.
Adam

Re: 330 Mbit trial

Hi,
what you mean you don't offer anymore the 330 Mbit package? I sign up to plusnet 4 months ago exactly for ths reason, I have been told that the upgrade was going to happen after the
first installation and now you tell me, after 4 months... Sorry we don't give this package anymore?
If this is the situation I immediately go to BT Retail because this behavious is unaccetable.

Please bear in mind this is part of a trial service but on the other hand I'm really sorry this doesn't seem to have been communicated to you at all so far.

Re: 330 Mbit trial

No what the support told me is that after the first installation I was goign to get the 330 Mbit package and this is the reason I did wait 4 months, now
is there any possibility for me to join the trial as promised?

Dear Mr Garelli,
Ok no problem, I've ordered the service as 80Mbps but I'll upgrade it to 330Mbps once the installation is complete, it's easier to install first and upgrade after than change it.
Kind regards,
Dave Tomlinson

Re: 330 Mbit trial

Just to be crystal clear I will not wait another 4 months to get an answer about this, if for Monday I don't hear anything back from Plusnet
I will immediately contact BT retail.

Not yet I'm afraid I'll do my best to make sure that either myself or Dave keeps you posted of any developments.

Re: 330 Mbit trial

If you run the BTW test (http://speedtest.btwholesale.com) and go to Further Diagnostics, what's your IP Profile? What's your current line speed (https://portal.plus.net/my.html?action=data_transfer_speed) ?
