when you give them a call could you plse check they have fixed the fault the last engineer found when trying to connect last time.

As far as I'm aware they should have cleared that up as they reviewed this on the 23rd and said it was good to go.

 

I've just got off the phone with our suppliers and they've said the WAC (Work Allocation Centre) team will be giving you a call directly, within the next 48 hours to get an appointment booked.

 

If you've not heard from them by the end of the day on Friday, please do let us know.

had a email from Paul Tarr re system issues with Openreach, he is off now until mon, however has requested someone chase this up this week. 

 

Can an you see if there is any other info as really need this sorting.

Hi Jeremy,

 

Not exactly great news to be honest. The order has been cancelled by automation on our suppliers side as a new appointment wasn't booked. Bearing in mind we could book a new appointment due to the system issues Paul mentioned to you in his last message to you.

 

I'm going to get a order in place and once this has gone through to our suppliers systems, we'll be raising an escalation on the order to get them to match it up to the previous order and get an appointment booked in asap.

Thx for the update, really hoping that an appointment can be sooner rather than later. Doesn't matter what the day is I can ensure someone is available at the house to meet engineer

Paul suggested on a earlier reply that one there is a date there could be a possbility of trying for an earlier one I've stated to him that I can get someone at the house any time with only short notice.

Dear Mr Williams,

Good Afternoon Jeremy.

Openreach have said they weren't able to reach you so have requested we rebook the order from our side which I have done for the earliest date showing.

this is booked for the 21st between 8AM and 1PM, however when I am back on Monday I shall contact Openreach to have this brought forward to something sooner.

Do you have any preference on when you would like the work to be completed?

I know with all the issues with openreach it's now back to 24/6

Could it be moved earlier and is someone checking they openreach don't cancel it again

As stated I can do any time with little notice someone can be there

Literally just popped an email over to you, as the external wasn't fully signed off on the last order(more system issues), they can't just book the internal, so an engineer has been set for Monday to take a quick look then make sure all external is closed off, then we can expedite hopefully for sometime early next week depending on engineer availability.

 

The expedite has been agreed by Openreach so that will definitely be given.
