Usually about 37mbs down,disregard it went down to about 17mbs but back up again.
Dropped down again to about 17mbs.

Same here.
I expected slowness caused by congestion over the holiday, but it was still bad at 3am this morning.
Just done the advanced test at http://speedtest.btwholesale.com/ and got a download speed of 12.4Mbps when max achievable is 54.78Mbps.
