what's going on?

I ordered broadband and a phone line 2 weeks ago, on Friday my phone line was finally connected but on the website it says there is a problem connecting it? it's been like that since Thursday, so I have no idea what's going on with my order as no one seems to update it. This is the second time I've had a problem with my orders from plusnet

Once the phone line was activated we needed to wait for the records to update to show the line as active on the correct number at your address before placing the fibre order.
That now appears to have happened so we'll get your fibre order placed today and confirm the date asap.
