very slow connection in recent days

Hi,

something is going on with my connection and I wondered whether someone from plusnet could have a look?  Please let me know what other info is needed here, but this is from my BT wholesale test.

I'm sorry you're having some trouble with your speeds, Together with our network partners at Openreach we are prioritising customers who don’t have a phone line or broadband connection, meaning there might be a delay in Speed Faults being fixed. In the meantime, please raise your speed fault online at faults.plus.net

Hi, fault was raised but I have had no response - please could someone have a look and update in the fault? 203408794 refers. I have noted on the log that my wife and I are key workers partly working from home, though we do have Internet and are not vulnerable so I recognise there may be some delay, the speed makes video and voip calls freeze or drop out.

Hi, as per above, this was raised about a week ago and I haven't had a response yet. Please could someone look at the ticket I have already raised?
