upload more than halved at 4.05pm 10th jan

down went from 42ish mbit to 45, upload from10mbit too 4mbit upload today.  No phone line noise, no stability issues, last time I lost connection was due to a power cut or electrician visit with a manual safe power off.

The upstream sync has dipped to 4.5Mb/s, looks like it was the disconnection around 20 hours ago when this happened. Have you tried a resync to see if the upload changes back?

left a resync until it was checked, which I just did with no change

I'd advise getting this reported to us as a fault at https://faults.plus.net - we'll need to get this pushed through to Openreach.
