upgrading to Fibre

Was give an email saying they received my order and it will change over on the 11th September and what my new speeds would be. I haven't received confirmation as to if this has been done but have done speed checks and nothing seems to have changed and when i look on my account i still have an error message saying 

An error has occurred

You can't change your products for the moment, you already have a product change in progress.

 

And i am still in my previous contract. They stated that they would take my new payment on the 15th September so i am hoping this gets resolved before then.

I have this same problem and have not had any updates from Plusnet.

Still haven't heard nothing from plusnet if they have a backlog would be nice if they informed people. They will be quick at taking our money for services we don't have.

I was given an upgrade date of  September 8 in the email, but when it didn’t happen I phoned them and was told 15th!

 

let’s see what happens tomorrow.

 

Maybe your upgrade is depending on an engineer going to the fibre cabinet.
