i upgraded on March 15th. Since then the dovwnload speed has gone as low as 19 out of a possible 73 Mbps. Upload 6Mbps. And the line frequently drops out completely. I have carried out the tests recommended on your website and need your help fixing this please. I have been a customer for several years. Thanks
