updgrade to fibre extra

I upgraded to fibre extra yesterday and had an email confirmation this morning that it was now done. However I'm not seeing any increase in speed. When I run a speed test it appears to be maxing out at 20Mbps. Is there still a cap on my line? I trying restarting my router but this hasnt fixed it.
