update needed for profile

Hi,
Can someone at plusnet have a look at my profile as the the btspeedtester is showing my ip profile as 36.27Mbps yet my current line speed on plusnet is shown as 30.6Mbps.

Hi there,
I have checked into your account today and the are the estimates for your line and you are actually getting almost double what we expect. Therefore, I am not sure why these estimates are showing as higher, this sounds to me like a mistake in the data. Unfortunately, as this is the case there is little we can do to improve these further. Thank you.
