Broadband now at a crawl, no upload speed 10Mbs down, Still awaiting reply from wednesday , from CSC team.
45 mins wait on phone, 15 mins wait on chat.
plusnet this is not your finest hour.

No news yet re an engineer visit. CSC are not available!!!
Plusnet have my mobile number, home phone number 3 email address but are unable to reply. !!!! Rubbish !!!
custromer service, second to none. "we look after you"!!!!!! Grrrr

It appears that since yesterday evening my line is now syncing at 34400kbits/s attaining a speed of 30Mbs down and 5.7Mbs up," is this a repair to the fault or dvine intervention ".

2 engineer visits later, problem still ongoing when raining, ( underground cable joint between DP and cab)
