Can I use a TP Link router W8591ND with fibre. If so what settings do I have to configure?

I'm afraid not :(. The W8591 is a combined ADSL modem/router, for Fibre you need either, what's usually called, a 'cable' router connected to the supplied BT modem, or a combined VDSL modem router. Some ADSL modem/routers have the ability to convert one of their LAN ports into a WAN port ( and thus replicate a cable router ) but looking at the manual the W8591 isn't one of them I'm afraid.
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
