hi openreach has come out a short time ago.
the bt guy says he done a line reset and now getting 62 meg on his test meter(so he says i ddnt see it for myself) but im seeing only 55 meg on the syc of my modem.
do plusnet need to do anything there side, wonder if its to do with this:
Estimated line speed:76Mb (This may vary between 57.2Mb and 76.3Mb) - Checked on 2017-03-14 13:35:32
Current line speed:54.6 Mb
if anything needs to be changed plusnets side could some helpful staff member do it please.

I can see we've updated the fault for you.
Unfortunately they've been unable to get the speeds up back to the level you were having previously.
This could be due to a number of things including crosstalk but as the speeds are within the estimates we can't progress it any further.

hello, matthew, thanks for the reply. plusnet have missed the point here, they are NOT within the estimates that are supplied by openreach.
57.2 to 76.3 are the estimates , in connecting at 56.0 so as you can see its not witihn the limits.
I have now contacted someone within openreach /bt and they are now dealing with this for me, so its best now if plusnet deal with her.
