letter from sky is telling me the switch is on 11th july, plusnet is telling me the switch is on 19th july. am i gonna have 8 days of no internet or have plusnet told sky that the switch is on a different date?
The orders are definitely in place for the date we've advised you, Sky should not be making any changes or ceasing your service prior to this date.
From what I can see we requested the 11th, but this was pushed to the 19th due to engineer availability, Sky will be aware of the new date and shouldn't cease you prior to this (they shouldn't be placing any cease orders at all).
