still getting really low speed

im still getting really low speed meant to be getting 70 package but lowest i got was between 50-60 but not even getting that getting about 20 30 its new line gone 14 days so i cant cancel so im trapped with rubbish speeds -_-

Well the speed recommend has changed now to this so before I signed up got told it be between 60 to 70 😡

Your line will typically support up to 40.0Mbps download (Min. 26.3Mbps and Max. 55.0Mbps), 7.6Mbps upload
Plus don't get that upload as well

Apologies for the delayed response

Your speed is within the estimated speed range/expectations of your line. If your speed or estimates were higher previously, it's possibly the problem is caused by cross talk which is basically other connections being added to the cabinet.
