still can't connect since 4pm yesterday!

Hi.
I was affected by the outage yesterday afternoon but I still cannot connect even now, 18 hours later!
I see the fault has been closed so getting a bit worried now. I've attached two screenshots below of what my router is telling me.
I've rebooted it dozens of times, unplugged it. Taken phone line out and put it back in, everything I can think of.
Still looks to be authentication error:

Your username is currently set as @PLUSDSL.COM ?
If you can change it to @PLUSDSL.NET you should get online.

Hi. Oh right. Yes my router details have always been @plusdsl.com
When did that change? It's always been that since I joined Plusnet 12 years ago. I've never been notified of a change and obviously I was connected by .com yesterday before the change?

From what we can see you've always connected with PLUSDSL.NET until yesterday?
If you change the details in your router I'm pretty confident you'll get back online

Hi.
That's fine, I'll go in and change it on my router. It's bizarre though as I've not changed the settings in ages and it says .com lol. No idea how I've managed to hey on then  Tongue
