speeds almost halved

Hi

I have had Fibre now since the 24th Jan. Today I noticed I had issues opening a Salesforce page. It is slow anyway but today it felt like I was back at broadband speeds. The fibre speed has totally decreased since the first week.

 

My guaranteed speed is 34, here is a result of a ethernet connected mac (nothing else running). My router has always been plugged into master socket I learned that back in 2008 with my first plus net account.

 

I confirmed there is no traffic shaping on my account. Fault team will be reaching out to me and plus net are sending me a new router.

 

Is there anything else I can try in the meantime?

Sorry to hear you're having issues.

Can you confirm if the speeds are slow all of the time or just in the evening?

All the time, each time i run the speedtest it is almost half of what should be the minimum
