speed limit check

Hi!

Now that the good weather has arrived, my d/l speeds are rock solid. However the downstream data rate  appears locked at a constant 43.999 Mb/s. Never varies.  This precise figure seems to imply limiting in action.

Could PN kindly have a check and determine any likely cause, please?

It has indeed, it's weather for shorts!

Moving on... testing your line is showing your speeds to be restricted at 44mbps. As the tests aren't showing any causes for this, I've passed this onto a colleague to arrange for your line to be reset again.

I'd allow 2-3 working days for this to be processed.
