Speeds dropping over last few hours resulting in very poor picture quality. Anyone else having this problem?

Re: speed dropping

Can you give us a bit more information. What is the router syncing at and what speeds do you normally get.

Normal speeds 35 upwards. Just need PN staff to check for me,

Re: speed dropping

This could be another example of a network performance problem being investigated by PN.

Re: speed dropping

Cheers for your username @patti (I got it off Matt)

Our tests aren't finding a definitive cause of the problem. If you're using a wired connection I'd recommend raising a fault to us at http://faults.plus.net so we can look into it further.

If it's just the wireless connectivity you're having problems with, can you run through the steps in this guide and let us know how it goes: https://community.plus.net/t5/Plusnet-Blogs/How-to-boost-your-wi-fi/ba-p/1450193

From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role.
