It might be worth specifying where you are Wink such as the exchange and possibly the PN gateway. I was having similar figures (Camberley {THC}, gateway pcl-bng03 and 02) but that seems to have stopped either following work at Reading and Kingston OR from a change of gateway to pcl-ag03.
